Sunrise Tai Chi

Sunrise is one of the best times of the day to enjoy doing Tai Chi and Qigong on the beautiful Cairns Esplanade opposite Pullman Reef Casino.  Find us near the Fig Tree Fort in the shade or if it's raining, look further along the waterfront towards the shelter of the wharf area near Hemmingways.

Tuesday and Friday
Tai Chi Classes

Dedicated classes for Senior Citizens happen on Tuesday mornings at the Gatton Street hall.  Fridays you can attend the class at Dance2XS Studio in Woree.

Tai Chi at the Beach

Tranquility surrounds you in paradise when you attend the Kewarra Beach Resort class - on the Nautilus Deck on the absolute beach front.  Watch the dolphins play offshore, but keep yourself focused on the next move!
